How We Work
The Planning Process
Our first step is a Complimentary Vacation Brainstorming Session conducted either virtually, at your home, a public site or at my home office as you prefer where I get a feel for your travel goals. If you are comfortable with me and I am confident I can meet your needs, I will, for a small fee, put together a Vacation Plan for up to 3 proposals based on painstaking research of your desired destination(s). Another consultation will be scheduled to review and refine the proposals. We will continue to communicate and refine your itinerary until you can't wait to get packing.
The Payment Process
When I book your trip, the vendor forgoes a little of their profit in order to pay me a commission. The vendor charge is the same to you (sometimes less) if I book your travel vs. if you book it. I do charge a small planning fee based on the level of support we decide your trip requires (Express, Premier or Concierge). In return, you save time and energy as well as receiving extensive support and travel documentation (online or hardcopy as you prefer). I will be on-top of any COVID-related travel requirements and I will be on-call during your trip to help you navigate any unexpected situations. Bad weather at your destination? Give me a call and I'll see what alternatives are nearby. Last minute theater tickets? Let me track that down.
The Partner Process
Because I am hosted by National Travel, you will automatically be included in the 24/7/365 support system whereby National Travel staff tracks your trip and re-books any flights that need to be rescheduled due to airline-initiated cancellations or delays. For any other vacation hiccups, I am on-call and the National Travel experts are on-hand to back me up. Any trip you book with me will be eligible for Travel Rewards points that can be redeemed in addition to any vendor-specific rewards programs you may already have on upcoming or future travel.
